Stolen from: Tempe,AZ
Bike was locked to a bicycle rack next to the ASU Brickyard building with a cable lock, secured by a U-Lock. Cable was cut, and the cut cable and the U-Lock were left at scene. Theft occurred between 12 pm and 5:20 pm on Oct 17, 2016.
