My Asset Tag and Label Policies

We start all asset tag and asset label order the day that you finish your design. Most asset tag or asset label orders are shipped in five working days. Use our tracking feature found in the 'Order Status / Tracking section of the tab My Account.

Payment terms for asset tag and label orders are subject to agreement, with credit extending up to a maximum of 30 days in some cases. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payment. For you added security, we use encrypted payment systems (128 bit SSL) on our website so no clear text copies of your credit card number are transmitted over the internet.

To make it easy to order custom asset tags and custom asset labels from us, there is no minimum order value or quantity.

All prices for asset tags and asset labels are shown F.O.B. factory. Shipping charges will apply to all orders at the current rate and shall be added to the invoice. To save you money, we reserve the right to use the lowest cost carrier on your behalf, unless specified on your asset label or tag order.

For most asset tag and asset label orders, the following shipping charges apply:

Our responsibility for the shipment of merchandise ends when the carrier accepts the products. The customer must file claims for noticeable or hidden damage or shortages directly with the carrier. The filing of such a claim in no way alters the terms of payment due. All claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We know you will be pleased with our products! For stock asset tag products, we even give you 30 days to make up your mind. If you are not satisfied, just call us within the 30 days and we will collect the goods free of charge. For return requests after 30 days, a written 'Return Authorization' is required. Unfortunately, due to their unique nature, we are unable to accept returns of customized asset tag products, unless a defect in manufacturing is present.

The products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty is limited to the repair or exchange, at our option, of any product that is defective.

Product specifications are subject to change without notice. Actual color of the asset tag, asset label and other custom products may vary from those shown, due to limitations of computer transmission and printing processes.

Since we are operating from Brooklyn, NY, USA, we have sales tax collection obligations for NY state. Which means, any shipments going to NY state will be taxable.
