Recently stolen bikes

My bike was locked to my roommate's bike and both were parked below our balcony behind the gates of our apartment complex. Someone took the wheels off my bike and stole the frame, so the wheels are now still locked to my roommate's bike and the frame is gone. It was stolen sometime either late evening on 1/16/18 or early morning (before sunrise) 1/17/18.
