Recently stolen bikes

The bike was stolen off of the porch of my apartment. It was locked to the fence surrounding the porch with 2 U-Lock. One of the U-Locks was attached to the front tire and the frame of the bike around the fence. The other was attached to the back tire and the frame of the bike. The thief sawed through the bar of the fence and removed the bike from there. When my roommate returned from work he noticed our porch door was propped open with a rock. No one was home in my apartment today. It most likely happened between when my roommate went to work at 8:45 am and when my roommate arrived home at around 4:45 pm. Both of the locks were stolen with the bike
