Save Time and Money - Use this Single Tag Twice! This clever Hold / Released Tag gives you complete functionality in one convenient purchase.

Once the part is released from your HOLD, tear off the lower portion and your tag now says that the part can be RELEASED.
The lower portion of the tag is perforated, so that you may easily remove this stub.
Economical plastic tag is quite durable indoors and outdoors.
Rounded corners for professional look.
Tag optionally notes the date and the initials of the person completing the inspection or release of your parts. Back of tag is blank.
Tags include a fiber reinforced patch for extra strength.

Plastic tag is 0.010" thick.
Tag is reusable and waterproof. Tags can be used inside or outdoors.
Lockout tags have perforations between each tag. The tags also have notched corners so that they hang better in tight spots.
Unlike our other Tags-in-a-box, these tags feature a 3/16" hole without a fiber patch for more savings.
Hole allows you to attach tag to equipment or machinery. Wires, string and nylon zip ties available for purchase.
