Recently stolen bikes

Bike was on the rack on the southwest corner of the building. When I came out of the building at about 10 pm I found the bike gone and the cut lock on the ground. Some identifying features: friction bar-end shifters, white handlebar tape, one black and one tan shifter hood, cool-stop red-orange colored brake pads
