My bike was at my apartment complex's bike rack Ten01 on The lake in Tempe AZ, The bike rack is located At the indoor garage on the fourth floor. It was stolen on Tuesday Feb 7th at 12:38. Apartment complex caught footage of the theft but only released to Tempe Police Department. The cable was cut and left at the scene.
