Everything! Simple, straightforward, all options clearly shown and explained. I especially like the product preview feature that automatically up dates the image of the tags depending on your selections. Nicely done and very helpful!

What Could be Better?
IMPORTANT- When ordering the tag I click- 'Use Custom Numbering'- but nothing indicates what number to use. Therefore when I get the proof it starts at 0001 instead of 2565 as requested. I then will need to go back and forth with customer service to get accurate tag numbering. This needs to be changed.

What Could be Better?
Still some bugs around re-ordering & continuing the numbering of sequential tags. I feel like it might warrant a dedicated "order from where you left off" workflow. "re-order" makes me nervous I'll get the same numbers.

What Could be Better?
I don't like the registration. I should be able to buy as guest. I was about to leave the website and go elsewhere but I had already worked on it the day prior and had an approval to go with this particular tag.
